I am an advocate for using AI and employ it for many tasks every day. There are many situations where being real and human is far more important than the potential benefit or time leverage offered by AI. The content is open on and honest and about making real connections in genuine way, I have no commercial goal for this website, it is simply a place to share with my others, including my friends and family. I value transparency highly and abhor dishonesty and deception, which was always a challenge during my younger years when I worked for companies in sale roles and learning about my natural hard-wired personal priorities around things like values and ethics, and being true to oneself.

I've always hit or surpassed sales targets and I've never been 'let go' from any job, however I've left jobs, some very lucrative ones, due to incongruencies between my person values and commercial expectations.

If you'd like help navigating a challenging area in your business or life please feel free to reach out. I treat people I don't know just as friends who I haven't met yet so you'll receive a warm response with kindness and consideration.

It was a very slow process, and many disappointments, not to mention the financial cost, particularly in business and over several decades I have experience just how flawed and risky a default approach like that can be.

However I am at a point now where I'm totally comfortable being hard-wired that way and wouldn't want to change it, "not even for a million bucks"🙂

I finally realised that being true to who we really are, knowing our purpose, finding our passion, and standing for what we believe to be good and true are the most significant factors, not just for happiness and contentment but in determining the overall value, quality and longevity of our lives in the long game.

My perspective is that if we're hard wired to be a certain way, like kind and thoughtful, or naturally wanting to help others and we don't give them space to be used or expressed but instead stifle or subdue them, for fear or to avoid being hurt or ejected, or perhaps taken advantage of, then that in itself is a greater price to pay and produces a far a worse outcome in our lives over time than if we simply followed out heart and inherent values, even with the risk or actual adversity we may experience if we are rejected or taken advantage of.

Yes to being more discerning and perceptive, but not to not being kind and generous, compassionate, interested, patient or considerate to anyone because they may not appreciate it or may may turn around and bit you.

So if I can help I will and if I don't have the expertise or experience with whatever you'd like help with I'll say so. I avoid giving advice unless it is specifically asked for and is something I know for sure I'm qualified to talk about.

It can be the process itself rather than the specific knowledge of the person you're talking to, which leads to the best outcome. Explaining or sharing something with someone who listens and is curious to understand the situation or challenge and asks thoughtful questions, will often make the solution clearer and easier to manage, and nearly always allows you to start moving forward if you've been stuck on it.

This is my personal website and intended to generate leads or sell anything. It's simple a public extension of who I am and what I do. A contact point for sharing and connecting with people. I'm happy to share anything I've learned over several decades of figuring out why I'm here and what it's all about if it can help someone on their journey. Sharing always benefits the give just as much, if not more than the receiver when done without expectation of personal gain, leverage or influence. It is more than likely that I may connect with someone through this site that will lead to opportunity or benefit, but the value for me is that is not the purpose, and opportunities and good outcomes are always better when mutually gained.
